On Tuesday (for action, assertiveness, and courage)
At Sunset ( for banishing misery and pain)
During a Waning Moon (banishments, removal of problems)
And if you can time it to happen during a solar or lunar eclipse - wonderful!

When something is in the way of what you want, light a white candle while chanting:
I let go of all hindrances, fears and reversals.
And hereby receive to myself (list some specifics) now.
Meditate on what you want while the candle burns down.
